1. What is your term of payment? 
We usually accept two optional payment terms as below:
a). By irrevocable L/C(Letter of Credit) at sight.
 b).By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer, bank wire transfer), pay 40% as down payment(deposit) to start the order, the balance 60% should be paid after your order is sihpped against a copy of the bill of lading which we sent to you by fax or email.
                                                                                                                                                                           
2. Do you accept a small order?
 Yes, a small order is welcome, and we can arrange to ship it by LCL(Less than container load). But sometimes the shipping cost will be more than FCL(Full Container Load). Also, a small order to be shipped by LCL(that is to say your goods is loaded into a container together with other goods from other sellers and buyers) is not so secure and firm as full container load when loading, shipping and unloading, especially for some fragile materials and products. Of course, we will do our best to pack your order as strong as possible.
                                                                                                                                                                           
3. How long is your delivery time? 
 The delivery depends upon your actual order contents(order details), like mixed different  colors, different sizes, different & complicated process finishes, order quantity and the busyness production situation of our factory at that time. Normally, our production time is about 2 to 3 weeks for one container order. 

4. What is your port of loading (FOB Port)?
 Xiamen Port, unless other specified. 
 Xiamen port is the biggest port for import and export of stone materials in China.

5. Can you check shipping cost and arrange shipment for me?
Yes, we can check shipping cost to the destination which is indicated by our clients, and we can arrange shipment for our clients at port of loading( Under the FOB price term, the shipping cost must be at the importer's account).

6. Where is your factory? 
Qianan Industrial District, Quanzhou, Fujian Province, China.
Quanzhou is the largest stone production region in China.

7.  I want to visit your company, can you pick me up?
 You are welcome to visit us. You can fly to Xiamen International Airport at Xiamen city, Fujian province. We will be glad to pick you up at the airport when you arrive. But please note to inform us of your detailed flight information before you leave for Xiamen.

8.  How far is your factory from Xiamen?
Our factory is about 120 kilometers from Xiamen, more than one hour's way by car.
We have established a marketing office in city center of Xiamen. Our "Sales & Export Department" is working here for convenient export procedure of our goods. It's about 15 minutes' drive from Xiamen airport to our marketing office.
